O: PE: L't inner thigh HARD-fixed mass about 5x5 cm insize
Sonogram: heterogeneous hyperechoic mass lesion about 5.4x3.6cm in size is noted at medial aspect of left upper thigh,showing color flow signals, possibly due to liposarcoma.
Arrange MRI and incisional biopsy
